Ootheca represents an accumulation of compounded scenes made with coloured pencil on paper over the last year. Merging elements of the organic and psychedelic, the work unfolds in heaving compositions and elaborate flourishes. It captures scenes of simultaneous serenity and frenzy, swaddled within the confines of the paper.
