An intriguing and layered material, ghost nets travel thousands of kilometres through the ocean, harming vulnerable sea life and washing up on Numbulwar's shores. The artists of Numbulwar Numburindi Arts combine ghost nets with traditional weaving techniques as a subtle act of resistance to the colonised, industrialised world.
