Thinking of a Place
Amber Nuttall and Eamon Nuttall
28 MAY–14 JUNE
Thinking of a Place captures moments in time. Reflecting on memory, the viewer is immersed in scenes from journeys both near and far: a colourful marketplace, a balcony nestled in the trees, and the busy rhythm of the street. Each work reaches outward, drawing the viewer in.
This exhibition began as a conversation while swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Siblings Amber and Eamon were travelling through Sicily, journeying from village to village, through the mountains, and along the coast. As they photographed and sketched the landscapes around them, they were inspired to bring their complementary practices together in this exhibition.
Join us on Friday 29 May to celebrate the opening of Thinking of a Place (6–8PM).
