Aster Denisenko’s exhibition, Conversations with the Past, explores pivotal events that shape us. Symbolically featuring statuesque forms in varying states of decay, Denisenko’s work presents both recognition and acceptance of these life-altering moments, acknowledging that it is only through the process of cracking open that repair and re-emergence become possible.
