A Thousand Words
Group Exhibition
16 APRIL–3 MAY
Brunswick Street Gallery is pleased to present our latest group exhibition, A Thousand Words.
A Thousand Words considers how an artwork can convey complex and sometimes multiple ideas at once. Borrowing from the adage “a picture is worth a thousand words,” this exhibition invites viewers to reflect on how artworks hold stories that shift and expand through individual interpretation, where meaning is shaped by each viewer’s own perspective.
In A Thousand Words, each artwork becomes a starting point rather than a conclusion. What stories unfold when we pause to look closely? What meanings emerge when our own feelings, memories, and experiences shape what we see?
