Superseded is an introspective examination of Melbourne’s built environment and its role within the city’s urban fabric: past, present, and speculative future. This series interrogates the knowledge lost at the peak of Australian Modernist architecture. Once radical and necessary, these buildings now linger as spectral remnants of another era, involuntarily superseded by contemporary forces.
