Tortured Beauty

Maya Tamang is a 27 year old artist from Melbourne (Naarm). Her work is an important part of her identity and embodies her lived experience of mental health struggles and living with autism, while encapsulating her love for bygone eras. Her love for cinema and for making art assists her in overcoming adversity.
