Exploring innovation and sculptural forms of wine decanters, Ellis highlights qualities of slate, bluestone, and granite in her series MOTHEROCK.

Designed in collaboration with award winning Melbourne Sommelier Dom Robinson, each decanter is cast using ceramic sink sludge and glazed using rock industry by-products, as well as restaurant and studio leftover materials.

Each piece shows the artist's touch, with no glaze or form quite the same as the next.
