Punnets of small seedlings are sprouting within Gatip’s greenhouse. As winter approaches and the nights lengthen, he can only imagine the colours that would pop. Hundreds of seedlings and corms are sprouting and hardening off for the winter. The schedule is rigorous, slightly optimistic. He implements three succession sowing for each flower variety, ensuring a wide harvest window by November 1. This collection captures the colour palette of the flowers chosen to be grown for the big day.
