Yorta Yorta.

This painting represents the deep connections within my family and the strength we gain from each other. The long-neck turtle, the totem of the Yorta Yorta people, symbolises resilience and belonging. The five symbols for people represent my family—my mum, older brother, myself, little brother, and little sister—standing in a line to show our unbreakable bond. No matter where we are, we are always connected, supporting and strengthening one another.
